TONY BRIGANTE
Tony managed a Fish Market, where he fell in love with the local fish caught in the Hawaiian Waters. Chef Tony was a Sushi Chef for a decade studying the art for the past 20 years.
He has also managed multiple restaurants and cooked many large events like 200+ person weddings and parties.
His style is charismatic, this is why he has so many clients that become family.
He has a long list of celebrity clients, he also enjoys meeting a new family living or visiting Kaua'i. Although based on Kaua'i, Chef has traveled to cook with families abroad. Puerto Rico, Maui, California, Utah, Australia to name a few.
